Job Overview.

Sukle Advertising & Design is looking for a Sr. Art Director who is equal parts designer and conceptual thinker—someone who can bring ideas to life with stunning visuals and compelling narratives across all mediums with a deep respect for concept. From branding to advertising, digital to experiential, you’ll be responsible for crafting work that is not only beautiful but also strategically sound.

Key Responsibilities:

Concept, design, and execute compelling creative across a variety of platforms, including video, digital, print, social, OOH, and experiential.
Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, strategists, and developers to build strong, integrated campaigns.
Lead visual direction for projects, ensuring that every execution aligns with brand strategy and creative excellence.
Push creative boundaries while maintaining a keen eye for detail, typography, and composition.
Present and articulate creative ideas to internal teams and clients with confidence and clarity.
Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and tech to continuously elevate Sukle’s creative output.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of experience in an agency or similar creative environment.
A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and exceptional design execution across multiple mediums.
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
Experience in Figma, motion design, illustration, or 3D is a plus.
An eagerness and aptitude for A.I. tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with efficiency, flexibility and without compromise.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
A collaborative spirit and a passion for creating work that gets noticed and makes an impact.

Compensation Range:

‍$115,000 - $135,000 commensurate with experience.
